Dining Amenities
One of the many delicious recipes provided by Casa DaCosta Include:

Brandied Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. carton sour cream
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
White pepper to taste

4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 oz. Brandy
Garlic to taste
Grated parmesan cheese
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Lay chicken in a buttered casserole dish. Do not overlay pieces. Sprinkle with garlic salt and white pepper. Mix soup, sour cream, mushrooms, and brandy. Pour over chicken and top with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The last 15 minutes of cooking remove from oven and cover entire casserole with sharp shredded cheddar cheese. Return to oven to finish baking. Serve with Baked potato (Add extra sauce over it) and Green Beans with almonds.
